Is kgi allowed to buy sas shares at .42 intead of paying .47 later? They do have a lot of cash on their balance sheet

You do realize the .47 is based on a Kirklnad price of 5.32 ? If Kirkland drops below 3 bucks, your actually getting 27 cents for SAS shares, equivelant. These two companies are SNAKES IN THE GRASS, The unanswered emails says it all, as they know they pulled one over on SAS shareholders. Pffffft SAS could have bought Kirkland.
