The grade beat has huge implications if it is consistent going forward. It essentially comes out to a 20% increase in gold production with no corresponding increase in expenses.  Management claims Taylor will cost about C$135/tonne to mine, transport and process. There's a 2% royalty on the mine. Recovery should come in around 95%. I'm assuming a USD/CAD exchange rate of 1.40 ...more

I agree SAS...Taylor will be a cash cow !! but stock will pull back near term ? maybe take profits ?

I've got no idea what the stock does short-term but I've never been more bullish on the company's operational prospects Gold in Canadian dollar terms is back at levels not seen since 2012-2013 when gold was US$1,500/oz. Despite the gloom and doom in the general gold mining industry, Canadian miners are looking great. We're finally turning the corner on Taylor- instead of the cash ...more
