Haywood has been selling shares daily. This started just over 1 week before the results came out. This is where all of the selling pressure is coming from. They've sold 417,000 shares so far. Unfortunately, due to the symbol change I can't say how many they have left. I don't know where it's coming from either, except some management types have moved on since the new CEO has arrived.
