They did not waste any time- I guess its just the insiders that are assured the money making and us slobs take our chances.

Options? I don't see any option announcement? Options would have to be announced. I think you have your companies mixed up jimbo unless I'm missing something?

This deal never went threw as a Spinout but rather got logged as a merger on the exchange. Called the exchange myself to find out the filings perticulares. Not that it's a bad thing but it was no Spinout as announced and options and dilution are par for the coarse . I was happy with my merger shares but not overly excited as this is something I must add purchasing power with to make a sh't ...more
