The purchase of the assets will accelerate the developement of the Bisoni Mckay and Bisoni Rio vanadium properties in Nevada.

The funding will be accomplished through private placements or entering into joint ventures. Joint ventures with the right party will be better, the company can't be giving the stock away at these low prices. The property is priceless. This is the Crown Jewel of vanadium properties, let's price things accordingly.
