Cash backed EPS or EPS in the paper?

HAH....Paid bashers & anal-ysts says Hooray we've got positive EPS....But wait, are they planning to distribute the dividends? Where is the Dividends distribution policy? I don't think they're planning to distrubute the dividends. Where is Debt to equity ratio? And calculation of realized gold price? Hiding, cos' they can't show it....Mongolian banks 7 Boroo's debt controlling over their cash, is true....."The truth is Out there"

They are building a new mine that will cost $150M or more.  It would be irresponsible to pay out dividends rather than fund the new mine.  In a few years, all the debt from the new mine will be paid back, and this company will be rolling in cash.
