When Congress forces the Democratic senate tomorrow to approve Keystone as part of the Obama care passinf, will this afttect STP negatively or postively???

LOL ,wow what are you smoking man? It would be nice ,but cant see it being so simple.On a more solemn note ,IMHO, any Canadian western oil play will jump dramatically for a short term on Keystone approval.But it is so complex of a situation that once news like that were to hit the wire so to speak,the jump in prices will be short lived.There will be lawsuits galore,international condemnation blah ...more

STP has the best postion for the sale of their oil, they have a rail deal and pipeline bottle necking does not affect them plus they get more for their oil $20.00 a barrel.
