Yes, the MMs do appear to be loading up, with over 8 million bought on the black exchanges now.  Still, I'd like to see where it is trading closer to the close before jumping back in. Although... it sure didn't spend much time below .13 so far today.  Hmmm.... what to do... what to do....

I suspect that MM's are not loading up.  Someone is getting out.  Someone has a large position in the tens of millions of shares and has decided to get out.  That means doing their best to systematically get out each day.  There is not enough buyers to absorb the tide here.  Every little retail investor would do well to exit now and wait to see what happens.   ...more

Agreed. The hard-selling has been relentless up until this point. 25million+ shares.... Dunno about selling just to get back in though. At this point it really is hard to call bottom.... might be right here at 0.125-0.13 may as well hold at this point if you still have shares. I mean.... what else do you have to lose?

I've re-read the release again and there may be some potential at these prices - however I am glad I decided to dump the majority of my shares at 0.16. I'm not selling my remaining shares, but I'm not buying either. StephenHuang - This is a perfect lesson in being diversified. I learned the hard way when I was a young intern with Nortel. It's about "risk fcuking management ...more

What do you have to lose?  Another half or more of your investment.  Maybe the seller is done, but odds are that it isn't.  Maybe if you sell now, you will be selling the bottom, but odds are that you won't be.  Just something to think about.  Just when you think it can't go any lower, it will, and it certainly can.   I sold STP over a year ago becuase I ...more

no jzk. You are incorrect. "half of your investment". Pshaw. not everyone bought in at under 20 like you. Say individual X purchased STp at average cost of $1.00/share Selling now @12.5 cents vs. 6 cents makes little difference. You still got the snot kicked out of you.
Comment by Jzkbbi on Dec 11, 2013 2:42pm
This is about the worst advice I have ever seen.  Selling at 12 cents vs. 6 cents is twice as much money.  I haven't been in STP for over a year.   If you wouldn't buy here, then you should sell.  There is no such thing as "I might as well hold for as much as I have already lost."  That is a fool's thinking.

Not 15 minutes ago you stated that you expect this thing to hit 0.20 today.
Comment by Jzkbbi on Dec 11, 2013 2:48pm
If you are talking to me, I said no such thing.  There could be a bounce today.  And, if the seller is not done, they will sell into it. The question is whether the seller is wanting to sell 30 million shares, 60 million shares or 100 million shares.  It is quite conceivable that they could just dump 12 or 15 more later today or tomorrow.   Or, it is all done and there is ...more

One more thing.  I like this company.  I am not in STP, but i sure have been in this situation before with other companies.  It is hard to keep an objective mind.  I have no crystal ball.  But there are just too many shares out there and not enough buyers.  It is very possible that there is some other fund out there that is holding 20 million shares that decides to ...more
