Way too much selling going on today and more to come in next couple of days ,with that it will settled at 4-6 cents.

Remember, they do have 15 million in the bank - that's 4 cents/share 4-6 cents may happen, but not anytime soon. Bankrupcy is not in the next few months, but it is looming and may be imminent. Sageview has alot of cash, and they are experts at leveraged buyouts. I bet they are not too happy this morning.
