yes of course ...this is the oil patch......I am not in favor of selling the company. maybe a foreign JV for 49% but prefer to stay the course. why no jobs posted ?

Perhaps for the same reason that no new money is going to Senlac? Spending freeze on all fronts until a deal is finalized. The freeze not only applies to capex, but to human resources as well. Thus, the fact that no new hires are posted should not raise any alarm bells. 22.5 cents Gotta shake my head at that one.

Your right, there's no shortage of work up here, and maybe it's just another sign that something is in the works. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Mr. Lutes and company seem to be way to smart to let this company fail and I don't think they will be reckless in the event of a JV or sale. Under other management this situation could be WAAAYYYYY worse. The company is one ...more

Or perhaps they just don't need any new employees right now as all positions are filled.  In case you guys didn't realize STP is a relatively small company which according to google has only 117 employees - so is it really that hard to believe that maybe they don't need anymore help at the moment?
