That took managment to court for the way they managed the company, call us stupid if you like but i am up for putting money into the kitty to see what a Calgary Lawyer can do for us.
I agree actions speak louder than words and telling people to stop asking questions is no way to deal with shareholders. If that PDF is for real and companies have an obligation to update shareholders then I think we need to remind them of their obligation. Or like someone has said seek replacements. I see that sedar shows a few insiders zeroed out last summer. 
If they wont answer to shareholders and cant put in their own money it may be time for a change

Yes, that's all STP management and their PR department need. A lawsuit by disgruntled investors. It sucks that the common man has to endure this blackout period, but they have done nothing legally wrong. All you would be doing by pursuing a lawsuit would be to give STP bad press and cost the both the company and plaintiffs alike an exuberant amount of money in unnecessary legal fees. Have a ...more

...or ten.there will be NO lawsuit.Such talk is just silly especially if it is meant sincerely.I am now honestly questioning some posters stock market experience.To say such an uninformed comment confirms to me that we have some very 'green' investors here indeed. Havent some of you guys ever searched the history of any stock??Lawsuits can ever only be won when there is wilfull deceit ...more
