For the most part this was ONE institutional seller, house 091 dumped over 10 million
shares today and a good number yesterday as well.

I think PERHAPS they are finally done with the selling, they blew out the last few at 0.015 and
were gone for the rest of the day.  Just a guess, we'll certainly know tomorrow.
