Where are the lawyers

Isnt it time someone contacted us about a class action for shareholder compensation
the companies assets may be spoke or but a good lawyer can put the touch on 
people running things

That news article said there were 71 lawsuits against stp
yet no news has come out about this.

Good lord does nobody understand english anymore?  They are referring to Sunshine Oilsands as having 71 lawsuits.  I already explained this on the board when people first started going crazy when that article came out so I'll repeat myself by yourselves a dictionary and look up the word "former" and all will be clear to you, hopefully.

Look in a mirror and you'll see who gets to be blamed for your investment.That is if  some of you losers are  man enough to admit it.The fact is there will be NO lawsuit plain and simple.The company has had to be willfully fraudulent with its activities,and it never was. Its a golden buy chance here...No risk no rewards Way too much fears for all the oil and gas stocks at this moment... Expect major sell toward end of the year for tax loss write off... Buy Buy Buy oppurtunity here folks

Right right Mr Wittman Borrowed money for senlac said they would drill it out didnt said they would end review may 30 didnt said news on review woud not be released then did not release dropping production numbers TSX Regs are clear on disclosure, they seem to say material information cannot be withheld for more than a short period of time Was it a short period of time Said production numbers ...more

When you play the stock market.you take risks .That is obvious.When one looks carefully at all of your comments,and I see you did your homework Farmerman, but there is one important fact that you  omitted. In not one example was there deliberate,and  fraudulant ,news that was  held back.At least nothing that will be PROVEN in a court of law.(The last part is important) .We can all ...more

Wittman is correct. STP has flip flopped on important items, but they have always disclosed those changes. As for production information, that data is publically available through the AER and other 3rd party vendors at a cost. Changing strategy  is not something a shareholder can sue management over. You have every right to sell your shares if you disagree with their strategy, but holding ...more

Its not that the SAGD did not work, its the formation that did not allow it so far not to work, its the fines are on the bottom where it should be lower within the layer cake, if it really is this then there really is no equity as a buyer would be zero, I think what we as SH should do is back management and allow another year to see if this will work, now there is no difference if you bought this ...more
