The restructuring of the debt will put STP at positive cash flow at a sale price at 50$ per BOE with only Mackay at 12 000 BOE/day. Keeping only bank debt Cash infusion of 75M$ to complete Mackay to get 12 000 BOE/day and drill Senlac Exchange all secured note in shares or pfd shares Exchange unsecured bonds in shares Senlac production will be an additionnal positive cash flow

Ivanoe energy has annonced it will be in default of bonds interest payment december 31. Bonds are at 4$ per 100$. STP.DB is at 0.25$ per 100$, without new about interest payment decembre 31. STP.db is undervalued
