so i got a question

If they are in another review and if no news is out for shareholders why are they allowed to seemingly activate and sell stock?
Does anyone know anything about this?
Would this be ok with Alberta Securities?\
Sure the amounts are small but what is the rule? What is the law?

Hi Dave, In truth, does it really matter? However, if we look at transactions in question. These purchase plans were enacted quite some time ago. They would occur regardless of the circumstances. Thus, they are not violating the blackout period for the "strategic review". This is just my uneduated view on the topic. Well my crystal ball predicts $38.64 Brent $32.12 WTI By Stampede Prices stabalize around $46 come september and stay there into 2016 I think this based on the cost of production from Saudi, Kuwait, UAE, Russia and Lybia. They have larger budget requirements so what so do I but if you cant sell it higher you product at your $15.00 per barrel cost and pump like mad. I see a huge market crash across ...more

Maybe a Bond holder hedging their bet just incase it is goes to Equity on a sale/restructuring vote.
