Serious accusations against management

Has anyone been reading some of the accusations by the second lien holders with regards to management and they're incompetency, on the CCAA page? They're even saying that they were willing to discuss additional liquidity and refinancing back in November but management refused to acknowledge them.

Oh and on another note it looks like the CCAA has been given an extension to April 27th
