Bid is at .02 and ask is at .03 now - Probably a pre-agrred upon trade. I'd buy a boatload at .01 - Risk/reward would be amazing.

If everyone just bought the warrants and not the shares, then the shares won't rise in price and the warrants are guaranteed to expire worthless. So at least buy some shares if you want to gamble on warrants.
