SND.WT - Warrants wont be extended

I emailed IR to inquire if SND has thought of extending the warrants (expire in Dec 2012). The response I received was that the warrants will be not extended since it is not in the best interests of our shareholders. Thought I would share the response.

After trading 679,000 shares today as high as .01, they have now gone no bid.

Wow, isn't nice to own shares in a company where management actually looks out for the interests of it's shareholders): I have a few other stocks where management has never heard of this way of doing business.

Great posts on this subject, gang.  Thanks.  Very informative - several considerations of which I was unaware.    And responding straight out to the query - wow!  II'd never have thought of asking, because most jr.'s I own show something perhaps marginally better than out and out contempt for investors who "bother" them.

I have personally found Denver Harris and Nolan Watson to be exceptionally responsive.  I have written to Nolan previously and received a lengthy response from him and his emails exude the persona, professionalism, and respect that you see in his on-air interviews.  He is definitely a one-of-a-kind CEO, and far mature than his years indicate.  Similarly, I have corresponded with ...more

Ok, pardon my ignorance but how would extending the warrants "not be in the best interest of shareholders." And why do some investors here want the warrants to expire? This company's lifeblood is cash. They need cash to make deals and the $40 million on the balance sheet is loose change in this business. The company should do everything it can to get these warrants in the money so ...more
