Earnings Delay

Pure speculation on my part but maybe SND is waiting for news before they put out their earnings release.  I cannot believe that the financials are so complex as to take 90 days to complete.  

 

There has to be a good reason for the delay.

TSX-Venture stocks do not require audited year end financials for up to 120 days.  SSL/SAND moving to the NYSE-Market needed to have them in within 90 days.  The companies concentrated the initial effort on the big sister and then the small sister.  Last I heard was the financials should be out next week, but it may not be till early April.  Expect Q1 financials for SSL/SAND in

Investor relations from SND has verified that their financials will be released by the end of March.  Hopefully they're honest about this.

I am not sure what the big deal on the financials is. There are no earnings yet just expenses. Bob
