All this talk of the SP tanking due to the consolidation is pure BS... Now that BraceMac is up and running, the market is valuing SND at 8x CF for the $12M from DON. If TBD is in trouble, well then let THEIR shareholders eat it for he next equity raise... I expect them to salvage it by consolidating and issuing once they have a handle on whether or not Gordon Creek is worth saving.    I ...more

"then let THEIR shareholders eat it for he next equity raise..." unfortunately we are one of THEIR shareholders too... SND owns >17% of TBD (soon-to-be "Gordon Creek Energy" and reverse-split 15:1)

Luxor, I take it you have a pretty big stake in TBD... What do you think they will do? As far as SND attracting more capital, wasn't it the purpose of consolidating the shares and wiping the slate clean of the failed streams to start anew? I'm not blaming anyone specifically, just applying some common sense to the situation as in "not throwing good money after bad"...   You ...more
