I guess this happened on that big day where 5.35% on the total SND shares traded.   One question might be: Who was the seller? Hmmm....  Is this positive news? On the surface this appears to have been orchestrated,  First announce there will be no Donner stream for 2013, the stock tanks, these guuys make their purchase, then Donner announces they have some financing. Hi Thundersole! Generally I would say if a company has backing by institutions it is positive. Generally. :-) Regarding the question who the seller of the shares might have been I am wondering if some bigger guys switched shares why did they use the stock exchange and did not do it directly? At least this might show that an institutional investor believes in SND to overcome the announced ...more
