going concern

On page 12 of quarterly statement, the Company really says the bottom line clearly. With 65.4 million deficit, there is "going concern" if the Company can continue to exist. Let's not fool ourselves here. Other issues, they took a 1 million dollar loss when they receive shares from TBD , based on difference of 50 day average and price at that day. Another way to get screwed out of 1 million dollars. In late 2012 early 2013, they paid 15 million or so to enter the Colossus stream , and 5 million for Entree Gold stream, and now they don't have money. They already loaned Donner 2 million dollars . It may be soon over, folks

Unfortunately, I already feel this is going to tank. Hopefully I will recoup my losses with SG. What is NW going to do, do another 10:1 consolidation for more dilution?

The $64 million (or to be more precise, $65.4 million) question now is: To what extent will Sandstorm management be willing and able to backstop SM&E with SG capital, lopsided dual-stream deals, debt repayment guarantees, etc.?
