SND will be loosing money for years and the Management team (Failed) will be burning up the little money they will receive to pay themselves big salaries and undeserved bonuses.

Take a look at CSI, they are not doing well.  I assume, CSI, will want to restucture that deal too.

This is a highly spectulative stock and is worth between $0.02 to $0.03; for the casino play that it is.  From now until summer 2014, we will see this stock fall to where it belongs (just like last year).

Big salaries? Last I checked, Nolan's base salary was $60,000.  Sure, he has performance bonuses and stock options, but I can't see how you can insinuate that they are just pocketing everything for themselves when Nolan and David both have signifant personal investment in SND, so I am pretty sure they are hardly happy with the decline in value of their stock, as much as we are not
