Right now investors are undervaluing the affect of the sun's damage. This is why it is perfect timing if you are considering buying this company! In a few years, when investors finally find out how important this company's operation is, they will start lifting it up!

Lets not forget that with huge racism issues in the US alone, it is not unlikely that Obama loses the election (Clinton is somewhat of a non-factor now with all the democrats throwing their support to obama).  A republican win will not exactly be beneficial for SUNH.  Also, the baby boom population is aging and hitting retirement as of now, with the earliest boomers being 62-63 today ...more

I hope you all understand that majority of the campaign promises in economic wise by obama are just that, campaign promises. I highly doubt they will even be implemented as he is targeting the lower working class by promises of protection policies, at the same time attempting to favour the companies with more free trade. Does that make sense? Its only a dream to even close out particular ...more

one point i would like to bring up is that SUNH's future depends heavily on government social care funding. With the current $5 trillion deficit, the ability of baby boomers to met thier medical needs is in serious question, especilly considering many retirement savaings are underfunded in the US.This would be pretty bad for SUNH. On the other hand, its services should withstand these issues ...more
