Hey KevinF: Does Sandstorm have the $ to participate in the UG?
It would be my preference that they have a multitude of compelling projects and run out of $ so as to have to pass on the UG. Just my opinion folks.

I'm also in the camp of keeping future production and funding the expansion from cash flow and the credit facility. However in Q1 Sandstorm had over 97 million in cash, an unused credit facility of 100m and cashflow positive. Seems like ample firepower to participate in the UG expansion even with their other commitments.

I think Sandstorm will make a decision in next 3-4 months depending on Silvercrest requirements. Even though the grade for gold in the underground mine is less - from my talk with Sandstorm - it looks like there is a very high chance that they will participate in funding the underground mine. GLTA
