Share Price
Benduck - like this article until the last paragraph when author says: "As a result I think there is a very strong likelihood that SilverCrest is going to issue stock equaling roughly 1/2 to 2/3 of its 109 million or so outstanding shares (valued at $1.64 each). On the one hand this will naturally generate negative sentiment and a supply overhang that will drive the shares lower, especially since the company will have to issue stock at a discount to the market price." I just can't see that happening. The last stock issue (from which our SP has never really recovered) was necessary to raise the necessary capital for the mill/complete operations but another stock dilution would spook investors - we are not like other junior miners. There are other options to raise capital, ie $40M in untapped LOC, $2.5M per month earnings, buying out smaller junior miners (I understand Santacruz might be an option) for their product. I have been accumulating SVL for four years now on dips. No I haven't made a cent yet, but I'm betting on a large payoff in the next few years.
