Yes into Sandstorms till, do the math first 50,000 oz.s at $350.00 and $450.00 there after. That's alot of revenue for a mere 10 million investment. This deal  I mean steal, Management should have gotten Sandstorm to shell out more cash for under ground. Just my oppinon.

SLV had already sold our souls to the devil with the original agreement. Mutually benficial, my a-se!!! The a initial stream already means Sandstorm got a return of over 60% plus their money back.

We all knew for a couple years now that this deal was going to happen. I'm not a big fan of streaming deals either but honestly this just helped us out with more cash to finance other projects. Secondly, it's no secret that the U/G doesn't have much in gold when compared to Silver.  Bottom line is..the market shouldn't be upset nor surprised by the deal and terms.  We ...more

Cash was hard to raise when SVL proposed Saint Elena, without Sandstorm's help those that are upset with this deal may very well be a non issue at this point, Saint Elena may never have happened.

Black364 you obviously don't appreciate then irony of the Sandstorm deal which lead to this option as well as the call on the original $20MM advance...Sandstorm made it a pre-condition of their agreement that SVL get other financing for the mine development before they would advance the first $20MM, which SVL did in an equity issue. Now while the equity deal may have recognised somewhat the ...more

Hi MJH. You happen to mention in passing other financing was potentially available on better terms. How do you know this? Where you privy to management discussions on how best to advance this project. Do you know with certainty that Santa Elena would be at the stage it is now if SVL would have waited for better options? With out Santa Elena at the point it is now and generating cash would we have ...more

jojo, it's more than 10 million.  While doing the math you forgot to add in Sandstorm's intial investment. Good luck.

No I haven't forgotten, this has been my best performer, mind you I have managed to trade in and out. I will see how markets go from here and buy in once more. The point I was trying to make,,during an interview  Scott  Denver mentioned they were not sure the amount Sandstorm was going to pay for the undergrround. But it was mentioned to be between 10- 13 million, Guess i was hoping ...more
