Thanks for passing this on inse. This is really good news and right before the PDAC as well, this should give  the Mexican miners share prices an immediete boost and some a bit later depending on current circumstances. In SVL's case it may be later as we have to filter through the bought deal frenzy ( broker games ) that are going on but this will pass. Mexico's backing of will be

This is excellent news!! This should bring back investors who sold off a few months ago because of this tax. Only downside to this is Eric and Co. Can't use the tax issue as leverage when negotiating any acquisition targets....that's of course he's already has a deal in writing right now :) His last interview he indicated he was trying to aquire assets at lower prices by using the tax

Why is this story not on other sites such as Kitco etc? Maybe the mining royalty tax aren't included.
