same ceo n coo n cio in 2 diferent companoes

svlc is my biggest position but i am having concern about the management being involved with goldsource too. fier. dever. megbusoon all have senior management position in svlc and in goldsource. how can one person be coo of both companies and manage their duties to us shareholder in full capacity?. if it jus me or others are there too questioning the management position in regards to their dual position.
does anyone know about this and have you talked to any person in the company in regards to this matter? if yes, please do share with us what they said.
I did email fred and hope to hear from them soon.  same ceo, same cio, same coo , i hope silvercrest is not paying all the bills to manage the goldsource sg&a.

also is it legally allowed to do this? i hold the svlc management in high regards and they have done a great job but i think they need to have a focus mind, if svlc is to become a bigger n better company.

holding for a long term but this is a major issue we all should have a discussion on.

I believe SVL's management are top shelf and I will be taking a position in GXS BECAUSE Drever, Fier  and Magnusson are also running that show. That's the way I look at it urgen.

Urgen1, I think you should do yourself a favor by acting on your own advice, pick up the phone and call the company yourself.  I'm sure Fred would be glad to speak with you.  I have no doubt that your fears and concerns would be addressed.  I’m not sure if you are aware but what you have uncovered is nothing new, Scott Drever, Eric Fier & Barney Magnusson have long held ...more

I spoke with Eric for a bit at the VRIC in January. I was looking mainly for information about Goldsource at the time but I took a few things away from that conversation in regards to svl. 1. Currently they have the capacity to deal with both companies, he laughed and said he wouldn't want anymore but from the sounds of it that wasn't a big issue. As scott pointed out they've been ...more
