Earning delay.
Before that drilling results delay and when they came out there were poor.
The top people leaving the company.
Huge supply of stock at $1.50.
Volume declining.
Is there any good news that I am missing.

"The top people leaving the company." This is the only point that causes me a little concern.  One of the main reasons that I have stuck around for so long is the solid management team.  CEO retiring and COO? questionable return?  I would be lying to you if I said that I wasn't a little concerned. Aside from the above - most minors are in the same boat

I don't think there is need for concern. COO - sick leave, plans to come back and fill the role of CEO. Scott retiring was planned, wasn't an all-of-a-sudden get out of dodge scenario. There will be change, but the silver isn't leaving with the managment, still there in the ground.
