Vote against takeover

If possible, we should fight against a takeover. After all, we dont want all the potential bought away from us. We have a great management team, they should transform Silvercrest into a mid tier producer. Similar to the First Majestic Silver story.

After listening to managment answer investor questions on the performance of the stock I felt they were not about to cash out. My gut is telling me they are most likely listening to offers but are asking for a hefty premium. Any potential buyer will have a pay ...more

They would never sell if they didn't have to.There is no way they would want to give up those hefty ( cheap) stock options. Its bad market for metals,or s.v.l. would be doing better. But that don't seem to bother management

I didn't say anything about putting you on ignore Dav. People generally get along here, there is no need to stop posting. I thought I'd just let you know that the stock options Shtick was wearing a little thin. Good luck.
