that FR is the reason that SVI is moving up. The buyunder price as currently construed reflects fire sale valuations. IMO, SVL has more value as a stand alone OR, the price should be amended to more properly reflect going concern values. SVL shareholders, kindly give strong consideration to voting NO.

Don't forget about the spin-off exploration play (New Silvercrest). 1 share of New Silvercrest for every 6 shares of SVL New SVL will have less than 25 million shares, several properties and roughly 20 cents in cash Probably worth at least 7 cents (pre spinout)

Please remember that IF this deal fails (very unlikely, but possible) there will be a $8M fee to be paid to FR AND you can pretty much guarentee a quick selloff in the stock price.   Going back now will not help SVL shareholders and the future of the company.   Either we get a better deal (which I believe is too late due to the sudden run up in metal prices which has triggered a short ...more
