Hey stockker, According to the agreement: the shares of Scott Drever, N. Eric Fier and Barney Magnusson cannot be voted, and  the directors of SVL receive 2.9 million options in FR should the merger proceed so I can understand why they reduced their share positions. It looks like the SVL BOD believes the deal is a fait-a-complet  Cheers, Brit
