SVL: GAIN of $3.86 million

FR: Decrease of 19%

I wonder why the svl management made this deal. Something must be wrong somewhere. The management sells their stock and walks away.

I don't know the terms of the deal .... but FR mngmt has a fudciary duty to act in the best interest of FR shareholders ... and by swallowing up SVL, FR immediately almost doubles it's cash&cash eq., improves it's revenue growth profile among other positive things .... it's a good deal for FR shareholders IMO. But for SVL, I can't see any positives for SVL shareholders ... ...more
