Just look at the on balance volume and you will see accumulation over time. About 40 millions shares are being held at this time which limits the amount available for trading....share price will take off soon.

So far we are doing higher high on lack of momentum or lower volumes today 12.5¢ on the table with 415K .... that's my point ! & weekly 1,2 Mil compare to last week 4 mil ...  Just getting a little defensive when this occur. from there will see.
