That was lame
the big flop.... I still think that the Valuelink deal is something very important to the company. Unfortunatly at 1.5 cents a 33% gain is realized at a sale for 2 cents. Not good....

This entire organization is lame. Since I bought originally i think the float has gone up 5 fold. That coupled with the massive failure to market and sell the product has led to what we have today - el zippo. at least with Bre-x there was a story of intrigue. This is just a story of ineptitude.

No it isn't....they will conyinue to shake the tree and buy as low as possible. SHH seems to have no news flow to make the stock go up. Soooooo....who ever it is can continue to buy upset shareholders shares. Ice

I am curious to see if the deal goes through what will happen to the stock price. Personally, I think the stock may go up to 2 - 2.5 cents. I think the company will need to show that they are making sales and are going to use the 10 million in an effective manner that will grow revenues.

it's going to move. there are still 19 days for the market makers to move the share price up then dump on the news.

They can buy up to 20% I think before they have to disclose it. Why buy it out at say .08 when you can buy 20% for around .015? It lowers their purchase price. That's how I see it anyways. Ice

But who would dump their shares at these prices.....they would be making a serious loss. Yes, they may be tired of owning the stock or they are balancing their losses against some profits from other trades. But I would think if you waited this long, you can wait another month or so to see what happens.

Tax loss selling in Januray? Interesting thoguht? Anything is possible. Ice, we are on very similar pages. I still think we can get more then 10 cents BUT there is a definit risk that we lose it under 5. Can;t ignore the facts.

It is 10% before you need to start reporting but keep im mind with the existing share float that's about 80 to 100 million shares isn't it?

So if they do manage to acquire 51% of the shares....then what happens. They remove the current management...oh no...that would be bad... LOL. No seriously. There is still 49% left.

I can't help but wonder who accumulated this past week and why? How long will they allow the stock to pile up at 1.5 - 2 cents untill they grab another 10 million shares.

We all post here because we own shares. We are nto here to offer anyone investment advice. You have to make that call on your own. When the deal closes the IP will be valued at 4-5 cents per share. Will the stock trade that high? Who knows. I hope it does as does everyone here I suspect.
