It's reporting day JJ! In the MD&A Sonomax should give us some idea what's going on, if anything. Check SEDAR at about 4:30 pm...in typical small company style, if they report on time, it'll be at the last possible moment.   The volume really wasn't that big....$15,000 bucks for a million shares is less than three crazy TFSA speculators trying to profit on year end news

Wow... I looked over the MD&A quickly and I saw nothing but debt. I do not understand where they are blowing all this money. Makes absolutely no sense.

There are more unanswered questions than known facts now. The MD&A gave absolutely no clue further to the original Nov 22, 2012 announcement of Valulink...or the numeous moves after. You're right McGill, the debt is disturbing, but the dismal sales for "The SonoFit™ ... positioned to become truly ubiquitous across all in-ear product applications" is a shock.   It is

I strongly feel that the entire Valuelink story was just another stunt. But after seeing the amount of debt they have, they really need to strike a deal similar to what was proposed in order to clean up the books. I really hope that they do not just split the IP among the debtors. I think that would really be sad. I still think they can build a good company around selling earplugs and offering
