Ice;
I've been through de-listing before. IMHO you're broker is either pumping this play or he doesn't know what he's talking about. On the CNSX, the company's reporting requirements are near zilch. Shareholders will get much less info and news than we get now, if that's possible.
Just look at the amount of volume on the CNSX daily. Hardly anyone cares about these companies. It's hard enough to get attention on the Venture these days.
Here's advice to start-up companies that are looking to raise capital. It suggests listing on the CNSX as a starting point;

A company with a 381million share float usually goes up the food chain, not down.
Just keep your eyes open. I would never and didn't advise you to sell at .01 or any price. That is definitely your personal decision and up to you only. I'm just providing information that I know or believe. I hope that my view is wrong, but I doubt it is.
Here's hoping the company will tell us the facts and truth about it's so-called relationship with Value Link and other OEM, etc arrangements. But given their history of poor execution, I am guessing that there really is nothing to tell. We already heard Malouf apologize at the last AGM for poor execution.
IMHO barring a miracle, this company is seeking protection soon. Fortunately I am a very small shareholder now. Unfortunately I don't have any right to sharing in the IP. I hope some here got protection of sorts in one of the many private placements deals the company made.
