When I saw the PR regarding this listing, I went to the website and read the listing documents. They gave me more info on what the co. is doing than recent PR's did. To me it sounds as if they did not sell any of their IP but rather gave Value Link the right to mkt products based on their current IP then formed a JV to share equally in revenue from mktg products based on future IP. They signed the agreement on March 4th. Likely they are hoping to raise money on this exchange as its not clear if Value Link paid them anything for the exclusive listing but rather they will be paid fees based on performance. I do feel encouraged that there is a plan and highly recommend reading this material. (3 documents) I intend to wait and see what comes out of this arrangement and hope its sooner rather than later.

I agree that the third document clearly states that it is now only a JV with Value Link. Too bad they couldn't get any cash out of them for that agreement. Too bad that they didn't have this basic info in the MD&A too.   Further to their stated objectives for the next twelve months they have nearly an impossible task IMHO given their execution record. Yet, I wish them luck and
