The press release says "final distribution". I don't see dividend so the funds are simply a payoff to shareholders from the original buy-out by the acquiring firm. there were no profits ever so there can be no dividend just a small return(negative) on your investment..... My opinion.....

This should be considered 'return-of-capital' but if it is a dividend you still will have a capital loss on your investment which can de used as a tax loss at the end of 2014. Saxon is out of business so our investment will, after dividend, will be worthless. GLTU
