the graphite market
The U.S. alone has been importing hundreds of thousands of tons of graphite per annum.
The vast majority of that has been coming from China.
If their threat to stop exportng product to the U.S. comes to fruition, there will be a large market opened to ex china producers.
Syrah can produce 350 Ktpa, and has a 50 year mine life.
The only current producer (according to said company) of graphite in north america has a 25 Ktpa capacity with a 3 year mine life.
It will be a complete stroke of luck if China follows through on its promise.
SYAAF shareholders need a stroke of luck.
