Owns the technology, and we get nothing most likely. I am assuming he gets the assets, since he controls Cranberry.

Yep, the retail investors get screwed and get nothing in the case of liquidation. Only those with preferred stock like Van Eeden, institutional investors, will get their money back if a liquidation occurs.

Before Synodon's assets get divvied up, Cranberry Capital gets all of the assets (equipment, software, patents, documents,...) from triggering the termination clause in the loan agreement.  That leaves Synodon with absolutely nothing.  There are no assets left to divvy up.  Just liabilities: rent, unpaid bills, unpaid contracts, unpaid severance, and possibly a couple of survey ...more
