Anyone know what is going on with AAR?

Stock has not participated in the REIT recovery from last few days.
Stock is barely 10% above 52 week lows, and quite down compared to 52 week high.
It has done very poorly compared to the sector.
REIT sector is up over 5.5% for the year, not including dividends, but this is down -1.5%.

Any idea what is up?
All analyst and talking heads seem to like it.
But clearly someone doesn't....

the other worrying thing is that related company Pure Multi (RUF) is also quite down in recent times.
is there something going on with the parent company that anyone knows of?

I like this one .... but I hold plenty of REITS and have not noticed the big rally you are mentioning other than the usual suspects.  Rising interest rates are an overhang on these things.  The longs should be happy with a great dividend and we'll all hope for some long term capital appreciation!
