Any opinions?

How could the stock price not move up seeing that interest rates are so low and the dividend is so high. People running from resource and bank stocks are not moving into REITs? Low P/E ratios and great financial results. Not to mention that this company has many US holdings thus the US dollar to their advantage! Any thoughts?

I've owned this for a few years. This stock trades in a band. Everytime it pushes to $5 a new purchase and discounted equity offering brings it back down. It's consistant and has a good yield but I don't expect much in the way of material price appraciation on its own merits. It has significant (17% on area, higher on an NOI basis) exposure to AB, which does expose it to renewal risk ...more

I agree with your anayltical thoughts. aar.un cannot do much till oil recovers at break even. Great company in for the long haul with a generous yield.
