I find it peculiar the way this guy approaches AAR. I haven't re-checked but this was always a significant holding in his portfolios but he has tended to be very reserved in terms of his comments. When at $4.95+ he made really non-committal comments yet even as a top pick at these lower levels he starts off by saying, "yes it has Western properties, but then it has Fedex being built in ...more

I find Derek Warren to be one of the better analysts out there. I think the market is discounting the fedex properties and not giving it the right dues. He likes both the Pure companies .. . probably Pure Family REIT much more. I have holdings in both and both are good long term buys. GLTA
