Yes, let`s hope it does complete its promise. With 17% of portfolio with long leases and rent incrementals in USA, and with the Fedex Vaughan property due to be stabilised in May 2016 when revenues ensue (adding 6.9% to NOI), this has become somewhat of a sleeping beauty. I also like the coy`s additional reference in last qtr`s MD&A, in bold below: `...the Vaughan development is expected
