Did my research looking for some kind of return,and a stable base.Guess what this is it;solid base strong dividends and room to grow.Have you ever notice when a stock is strong and fair there`s no bashers?????Do your own DD going over 52 weeks high and going.:)k

surprised at the high volume - must be the momentum guys getting behind it.  Sold 2000 shares (still holding 8000) - all bought in the 4's - hoping to buy back the 2000 at future point of time.  Good solid company - wish they increase their dividends sometime - maybe when AFFO is more better. GLTA

Well hello there Pete; Nice to know that I am not the only investor;althought I am new I strongly believe this is strong going forward.I have 3 years left before RIF and like you whould like to see ,the dividens go up but I do think they are secure.Rest easy???

you sare very correct in regards to "talking to yourself". I love it when i find companies that look really good, seem to be unvervalued, or something i can hold for a long time, but there's never a post on the stockhouse board. Basically tells me the retail buyer isn't in the stock. I can actually use stockhouse/investorsvillage as a guide to whether a sector or stock is likely

LOL.Love your handle there,Nosleep and I do agree if a stock doing well,and has a solid foundation there`s no yapping on the board;however the same apply`s if the stock is a dod.But as far as AARP.is concern I will not loose any sleep over it;no punt intended:-)
