Hey! I get it Rap,maybe I got a little excited there;don`t why the sudden interest but after its all said and done;and we sit around $6.26 or so fine by me.Maybe with a surge in price we might see a small increase in the payout.Regarless I too am happy with this stock;and my intend never was to make light of your post.:) Regards
