Mixed feeling on my end.  Long time shareholder.  This one is gold and while I have made a mint (bought @ $4-$5), I would rather have held it for my lifetime! Nice divy and as solid as a rock.  Now I'll turn this one to the boards, I'm looking for another Industrial Reit!  I will do some reseach and report back, but what do folks recommend? Happy day for a quick buck

I own this and DIR (among others) However I would expect the entire sector to rally a bit on this news, showing theres demand for the assets. You may get the most value looking for a REIT that has industrial hidden inside its mix and unappreciated such as AX or BTB, both of which ive owned in the past.

Should be trading at 8.10 + number of months until close * 2.5c monthly dividend So IMO its trading lower than where it should. Hold until close, and collect a few more cents...

if this closes on June 1 you get jan, feb, march april may dividends at aprox 2.5c = 12.5 cents. I know the units will be bought at $8.10 by a large company which I dont have transactions doubts about. So, I can buy today, at 8.11, make 12.5 cents and sell June 1 for 8.10 dividend absolutely has an effect its also POSSIBLE that the company stops declaring dividends as these are declared monthly.

didnt see that in the PR. That said, you could sell today and put this to work at a 6-7%, which makes holding for the 3% div a bit silly. I sold at 8.12 was a great ride.

Okey dokey, didn't see that coming so soon. Like previous poster (pjrock) - bit of mixed feelings on this one as planned to hold long but hey, if somebody wants to give me my Christmas present early in July, who am I to complain?  Made decent coin on this puppy.
