Keyera is way better than this.

Pays a 7.5% dividend & 35% upside.

Excellent FCF & Excellent assets.

Advantage = no dividend. Still trying to repair their balance sheet all year.

agreed There is something wrong with valuation here. They have the levers but won't pull them. Too many conservative what if's in the room I guess. It's gone by late summer if the disconnect continues, Paramount my guess. Tournaline possibly.
